Yes. The pockets are cut to take a standard-size card in a penny sleeve or a perfect-fit sleeve. A card in a thick premium sleeve will also fit, though the binder will sit fuller when every pocket is loaded.

What is the difference between side-loading and top-loading pockets?

Side-loading pockets open on the inner edge of the page, facing the spine. Because the opening points inward, gravity works against a card falling out rather than with it. Top-loading pages open upward, which is faster to fill but far easier to spill.

Is this binder safe for long-term storage?
