About the Semi-Rigid Grading Holders — 200 Pack
A semi-rigid holder is the card saver PSA prefers for submissions, and most other graders accept the same format. It is stiff enough to stop a card flexing or rubbing in the post, yet bends just enough that a grader can slide the card out without cutting anything. Hard top loaders are harder for graders to open and are commonly discouraged.
The holders fit a standard-size card in a penny sleeve: Pokémon, Magic, One Piece, Lorcana, Yu-Gi-Oh and standard sports cards. Slide the sleeved card in under the lip, add a strip of painter's tape or a pull tab across the opening if your grader asks for one, and stack the holders between two pieces of card for the trip.

Why not just send cards in top loaders?
Grading companies specifically ask for semi-rigid holders. A rigid top loader has to be cut or forced to get the card out, which risks damage and slows the submission — some companies will reject it outright.
