Skin oils leave prints that show up on foil and holo surfaces under light, and on a card heading for grading they can count against you. Cotton gloves put a soft barrier between your fingers and the card, and because cotton absorbs perspiration, they stay comfortable during a long session of sorting a collection, scanning cards for listings or prepping a submission. Wash them gently and let them dry fully before reuse, and swap to a fresh pair once a pair looks grubby.

Choose cotton over our nitrile gloves when comfort over long sessions matters and you want something reusable. Five pairs lets you rotate between washes and keep a clean pair in your submission kit. The trade-off is grip: cotton is less tacky than nitrile, so for picking thin cards off a flat table or sliding them into tight semi-rigids, the nitrile gloves give a firmer hold.
