1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using CardPop™, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. User accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
3. Marketplace rules
Users must provide accurate descriptions and images of listed items. CardPop™ may remove listings that violate policies or appear fraudulent.
4. Fees and payments
CardPop™ charges fees for certain services, including sales commissions. All fees are shown before you commit to a transaction, and you agree to pay all applicable fees.
5. Limitation of liability
CardPop™ is a marketplace facilitator and is not responsible for the actions of individual users, though it provides protection programs under its Trust & Safety policy.
